Brought in my 4 year old for his first check up/cleaning and it was awesome! All the desk staff were so kind and outgoing and Tara was so patient and friendly during our son's cleaning. it was a great experience! Will highly recommend to anyone! Looking forward to years of family dental care!

Had both by kids in for their check up and they both came out smiling and chatting it up with the hygienists. An always friendly staff creates a positive atmosphere for everyone. Anytime you can take your children to the dentist and receive no pushback is a win for me.

Each staff member that I encountered was friendly, had a smile and welcomed me personally to the office. The office atmosphere was both upbeat and professional, and the environment was appealing and very accommodating from a customer service perspective. I was extremely impressed with the thoroughness of the exam, the cooperation and communication between the staff members, and the importance placed on quality of (individualized) care. Dr. Lubbers was genuine; he was very complete in presenting/explaining the plan of care, and it is evident his heart is in his work. Hudsonville Family Dentistry had given me a great first impression, and I look forward to becoming an established patient.

They are always friendly, courteous, quick and efficient. I appreciate the options and advice they give, without making me feel like I have no option but to do this or that. Their phone text appointment reminders are awesome! Thanks guys! :-) JCK

Frauds. Charged for things that never happened. Billed finance company before work was done and they knew what insurance was going to pay. Never got a bill or break down until I questioned finance company. 8 MONTHS Triple the prices of normal dentist. Had my xrays sent over from previous dentist they told me I need a "special one they like to use", but don't worry you won't be charged. Guess what? Be very very careful and question everything, I did but they skirted around it. They don't like to be questioned.
