I have known Jason for nearly 10 years. I have performed many real estate transactions with him and referred him for many of my Friends. I have no hesitation to refer Jason for the following reasons :

He will exactly tell you how to sell your house and it works. He will be upfront in advice. He is confident and working with him makes you to be on an Winning team.

3) Professional- Everything in the transaction will go smooth. There are many steps in buying/ selling a house. You will get his expert guidance and will be there to answer all your questions. You will peace of mind that you are in good hands.

4) Satisfaction guaranteed - There are only few things in life that can be guaranteed. If he cannot sell your house or buy a great property - no one else can. All my friends have stated they are very satisfied working with Jason.

In my search for a new home I wanted a realtor that I could trust. I started making some calls with a few and ran across Jason.  I got the strong sense that he was working to get me something I'd be happy with for the best possible price. He was knowledgeable, patient, attentive and professional through the transaction. Jason and his team made every bit of the process a breeze. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I have been personally working with Jason for 15 years in both residential and commercial deals.  I have also recommended his services to several friends and family, many who have also gone on to work with Jason on multiple deals.  If you want an experienced and ambitious realtor that is willing to work his tail off for you then don't hesitate.  Today he is supported with a like-minded team and the professionalism and innovative tools that they bring to market under the Keller Williams flag are notable.  Jason also has deep personal knowledge in the rental and commercial markets.  This is an area that many realtors don't fully embrace as there are many pit-fall that can be revealed.  Working with a competent realtor is always critical in any real estate deal and I would highly recommend Jason and his team.

Jason Huerkamp made a point to call me first thing in the morning after my house went off the market.  It was early enough to wake me up.  He pretended he was working with a buyer in my area, not revealing his true intention to re-list my home.  He asked about me 'canning' my realtor.  When I told him I was relisting with my agent who had changed companies, he questioned the ethics of my realtor.  Obviously this was discussed and I cancelled my listing with the other broker, whose office is two hours outside the Twin Cities.  This predator was trying snake himself some business then doubled down not revealing his intentions and called someone else unethical.  It was unrealistic, he talks smoothly and confidently, but he's a snake. I can only imagine the disregard he might have for his clients in his pursuit of wealth.

Jason and his team are top notch! When it comes to buying and selling homes in the twin cities you could not ask for a more professional and reliable team. I have used them more than once.
