I took a friend to get some assistance and the workers were very helpful and accommodating. They were fast with the process and even sped up because I said that I needed to leave for an emergency. Not the cleanest place but very nice people.

Don't let the fact that it is "assistance" make you forget the State of California says you are entitled to whatever benefit you are, period. Don't let the fact that dealing with DHA and DMV etc. always sucks be a reason to put up with more rude treatment. But also, don't expect Ritz Carlton service where none is coming, and remember the rules are the rules, don't get mad. At the end of the day, this place gets the highest rating a government entity can in my book -- a solid 3.

Had an appointment and had to wait an hour after that time to get helped. The worker did the paperwork wrong after that and I got sent back TWICE because they did the same thing wrong. A simple drop down menu item that they did not correct twice. So far have been waiting close to four hours.

Do not get ever ever get mad at these worker's.  Wait patiently for your turn & correctly fill out your paperwork.  They are here to help u out to the best support that is entitled to u.  Remember to get respect give respect first.  If u don't get want u need, don't get mad at no one at this place cause u had nothing to lose when u came to this place so u still lost nothing.
