Human Services Department

Disappointed on how we were treated when we went to the front desk to ask a few questions,  and never got any answers,  was handed a card and was told to call them and walked off which is very unprofessional in my opinion.  I work with the public,  and I always say hello,  how can I help you, and say goodbye or have a nice day as they leave! It's called being courteous. I guess that's a skill that just can't be mastered by everyone.
