Beautiful dogs, just wished this place had better ventilation. The staff should open up a window or something. You instanty smell the cleaning products once you open the door. The smell was very over powering.  On top of that, they have these air fresheners trying to mask the smell of bleach. These poor animals have to breath all that stuff. Some had red eyes, probably from the harsh stuff they use. Hope management reads this and makes some changes.

I love this place.  I have volunteered here and adopted here.  The people here are always nice and courteous.  I recommend this place to anyone looking for a dog or a cat to adopt.

They NEVER NEVER NEVER answer the phone in the clinic!!! I am not even exaggerating when I say I have had to call 10-15 times in one day (calling every 20-30 min) to get the clinic to answer. Oh and don't bother leaving a message, they won't return it (or if they do it will be several weeks later). This is not an isolated incident either, many different days I've tried to call and the same thing happens. 

Oh and even better, when I finally got my dog in the clinic for a follow up because of some neutering complications (which were luckily minor), the phone was literally ringing off the hook the entire 30 min time we were in the building while the receptionists just stared at their computer, not even picking up to say they are busy. 

It makes NO SENSE to me. Either they need to fire the receptionists or implement some better training. Never seen a business do this. 

I love what the humane society does with adoptions and cheap vet work but I'm leaving this one star review to bring some attention to their serious telephone problem. What if my pet was having a serious complication following surgery and I needed to get through to them?

Wonderful community service.  Great place to have pets neutered at a very reasonable price.

Visits went well, only complaint is; The entire place just takes forever like if u walk-in & want to make appts, it takes too long even if it's just to get monthly flea & heartworm medicines & etc; it's just unnecessarily unusually slow service & the clinic looks well staffed as far as I can tell.  The good thing is that the staff are really friendly! 😇
