Humboldt Merchant Services are complete and total crooks.  If you do business with them at some point they WILL hold your money and allege that they are "investigating" then they will never return it. Unless you are desperate absolutely can't qualify for any other type of merchant account I highly suggest that you stay away from them. They have no business ethics at all. Their business model is basically to get you to sign up, then when you run enough money, they hold your money and disappear. Beware.

I wouldn't even give these thieves 1 star. They don't even deserve a rating. ABSOLUTE THIEVES. If you have to work with this company at all, MAKE SURE YOU READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!! They hide the terms and conditions on page 3 of the application. You have to follow the link on the page which they do not tell you about. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU THINK TWICE ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MSP! Their fees are way to pricey, and if you sign the contract they lock you in for three years with a huge cancellation fee without telling you any of this. PLEASE BE CAREFUL PEOPLE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THIEVES!!!

I never received my credit card payments after processing credit cards forfeiting my business account as a fraud account through CTS Holdings associated with Humboldt Merchant Services,. My business was receiving orders that were processed, later that week Humboldt recognized and processed my orders as fraud that kept me from receiving my money. They stole that money reflecting over a hundred orders. I closed the account and falsified that I had too many frauds  charging me a fee. Not only did they steal my money they made my business into a fraudulent account.

This bank discriminates.  They denied an application due to a false online media campaign.  The target has no criminal record.  This bank wastes your time.  Do not use ever.  The target deserves an apology from these bankers.

These people are thieves. We used them for merchant processing - not only did they shut our account down with no warning and for no reason, but they have $6700 of ours and refuse to return it. DO NOT use them to process credit cards.
