Hummingbird did a stellar job of replacing the windscreen in my 97 Jeep Wrangler.  They even came out to the body shop and did the work there.

Arrived early for my appointment, they sent me away and told me to come back closer to my appointment time. I returned at my appointment time and they told me to go sit and wait and they would be right with me. After a half an hour of waiting I walked over and talk to them again and they said “will be right with you, you’re next in line“. I would check back every half an hour and after two hours I just left. These people have no respect for customers at all. They act like we can’t go elsewhere, but we did! I should’ve figured as much when I kept calling before my appointment to find out how long I’d have to wait and they never answered a single phone call or returned one either. They were recommended by my insurance company who made the original contact, my insurance company will be hearing about their lousy customer service when I can request a referral to a different company!Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield replacement

This place is great. Great customer service and great work! I requested an OEM windshield and they had no problems getting it for me. They even managed to take my state park parking permit off the old windshield and put it on the new one!! Thanks Hummingbird!

Horrible service and have had to have the windshield replaced 3 times, still has to be fixed again.. They don't know what they're doing.

Great service. Had a leak in an unknown and odd location and they found it, sealed it up and I was on my way! Also completely fixed it very inexpensively rather than order a whole new part that would cost me an arm and a leg. Highly recommend.

Took two vehicles to them and they did a great job on both of them. We highly recommend this place. Great people and great customer service.

We were visiting from out of town and the staff was very helpful and professional on the phone. We had a problem with our rear window not rolling up and he began troubleshooting on the phone immediately. Other places we called were no where near as helpful. When we came in they helped us with a temporary fix which was all we needed for our ride home and were again helpful and professional.
