Hummingbird Cafe and Bakery started as what seemed a distant dream for a married couple in their mid 20s. It seemingly abruptly came into fruition in May of 2016. Ever since, Coty and Shelby Morrow have been offering freshly crafted panini sandwiches and delicious baked goods to the wonderful town of Etowah, Tennessee.
