Hummus Republic put out some fresh, tasty food and some of the best Domades I have eaten in years. My bowl of fresh vegetables, hummus and steak was amazing!Paige, Raul and Leila took great care of us and did a great job. There is only one way that you really do see the sign. Otherwise you will have to look for this restaurant. I WOULD RECOMMEND
This was a surprise in the Scottsdale Promenade. Just drove past and decided to give it a try. I ordered a falafel bowl with chickpeas and greens. My husband got the lemon chicken spinach wrap with couscous. Everything was fresh and customizable. There was a wide selection of sauces and flavored hummus. Lots of add-ons like banana peppers, feta, pickles. Organic.
Fast-casual Mediterranean. Clean facility. Great customer service. The employees were friendly and good with explaining the process. We each got a bowl with a tumeric ginger lemonade to share. I got the falafel as my protein, and my spouse got the chicken shawarma. The falafel was perfectly fried, and the chicken shawarma was tender. Neither was over-seasoned. The bowls were fantastic. A warm soft pita came with the bowl. All the additions were fresh and melded together in flavor. I've been to other fast-casual Mediterranean places where the components' flavors did not mix well at all, and the final bowl looked like a pretty compost bin. Not here at Hummus Republic. This is literally my dream fast-casual Mediterranean place.
Wow!!! Ate here for the first time today and I'll definitely be back! It's like a Chipotle or MOD Pizza but Mediterranean food. Brandon made our meal and was super knowledgeable! All of his suggestions were on point. Interior was very clean and prices aren't bad for what you're getting. Can't wait to come again!
Picked up food and didn't get to eat it right away but it was still very good. I'd really like to try it fresh next time. It's nice they cook the falafel once you order it and they offer lots of different options to customize everything for your own taste. I'll definitely be trying them again.Food: 5/5

Delicious, healthy Mediterranean food! Love the wide array of vegan/vegetarian options. The wrap I ordered tasted so fresh and flavorful. It was massive too! I'm pretty picky about falafels and their falafels are perfectly spiced, slightly crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. The whole place feels very new and it was pretty clear the staff were still being trained ex: my father asked if the "street mix" had a lot of garlic in it due to a sensitivity he has, to which the employee said "no, not much" then we found it was almost entirely made up of whole, sautéed garlic cloves lol. However, everyone was very nice and friendly! I loved how they labeled the sauces and the bases on the line, but would love even more if they labeled all of the toppings as well. Definitely will be back no matter what!! Vegetarian options: Mushroom shawarma, plant-based beef, falafel. Dietary restrictions: Online menu and menu board have very clear labels for dietary restrictions e.g., gluten-free, vegetarian.
I love Hummus Republic! Have been several times now due to how good the food is, how generous the portions are, how nice the staff is, and how clean the restaurant is. The place is super cute too, with places too charge your devices along the wall if you’re popping in for lunch. Don’t leave without trying the spicy garlic sauce! So yummy :
