If I can add 0 stars I would ! This place is the worst Chinese food store I ever encountered in my LIFE I ordered my food at 2:00 and got my food at 3:30 and I live literally 2 minutes away ! When the guy got there he kept insisting I give him a tip and I didn’t have cash so I said no he then proceeded to throw the food in my face and the paper in my face so I walked to the store to bring the food back and get my money back and they made it a big thing saying they won’t give me my money back they will definitely be hearing from my lawyer !!! DO NOT GO HERE

What Hunan Kitchen lacks in appearance it more than makes up for its Chinese cuisine. Food is much better than average and the staff is friendly. Been getting take out there for the past 12 years. Can't speak on their delivery service due to the fact I always pickup.

Food is good. They give you a lot of food for your money.

Service is on point here.  If you like chicken and broccoli this is the spot.  I ask them to make it spicy and they do an excellent job of giving me what I want.  Place is clean and they are friendly not rude.

My husband and I have been ordering our Chinese food from Hunan kitchen for a little over 2 years now.  Their food is always amazing. when we have them deliver it comes pretty fast.  They are always friendly on the phone.  Most importantly though​ the store is clean.  We have tried many of their dishes and they are all consistently great. People's reviews can be harsh nobody is perfect and out of the at least 25 times we've ordered everything was perfect! I'd highly recommend Hunan kitchen to everyone!

I honestly wanted chinese after a party. They were open. I took a chance. Amazing. I ditched my old Chinese spot. I'd been religious to the old place for 5 years since I moved to lindenhurst. I ditched them for Human Kitchen. Hands down amazing food every time. They never let me down yet. They understood me on the phone. In my not sober language when i ordered the first time . They still got it correct. Got my address right too, and I'm in an apartment building. These guys are the best. Lord am I happy because I won't go anywhere else now. I'm eating them again currently. I love them.

Delicious!  Above average for what you might expect for the "neighborhood Chinese place."  The pricing is def fair, and they're always so nice on the phone, too, which I appreciate.  Super-quick delivery -- everything's piping hot!

Their won ton soup is terrific as well as their chicken wings. It's hard to compare among the various similar restaurants, but I found their food nicer. Fast service and friendly staff, too.

Will never order from this place again their food is absolutely horrible has no taste to it I called the guy to tell him that the fried cheese wontons were no good they turned bad and he said they are good and then he hung the phone up on me! I called back and I said I want my money back he said no stay far away their place is absolutely horrible it’s not worth your money no taste And when you go in there just look how dirty it is jewelry on the counter looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned in years dust everywhere I should’ve walked away when I seen that but it was too late because I place my order ready I was looking around waiting

the beef on stick is excellent, char-broiled to perfection, brushed with the right amount of sauce. the pepper steak is perfect, plenty of beef, not overdone with a ton of sauce, the peppers and onions are done just right, not mushy and not too crunchy, just perfect for biting into, you can taste the peppers and onions, the way its supposed to be, you can tell the vegetables are fresh in this way, you know they haven't been sitting around for weeks or they would be soft - as for the previous comment about the "This place is incompotent", mistakes happen, we're humans, no one is perfect.
