3 years ago, I gave them 4 stars. The yelling lady on the phone...lol Now, you call and get 'yeah' WTF. I answer with 'is this the Chinese restaurant', 'yeah'. Can't say much because they're cooking my food. So now I'm done. The food may be okay, but the service/phone etiquette horrible.

The staff is VERY VERY NASTY!!!!!! I guess they are used to not dealing with educated people of color! I gave my order over the phone and the lady that answered had no patience to take my order, because the other line kept ringing! I asked her how much would my order be, and she had the nerve to say "oh my God" I said excuse you is there something wrong with me asking how much my order is so I can go to my ATM and get cash being that you don't take cards, and she said I'm just busy!!!! I guess me spending $50 wasn't good enough for her to take the time and service me ! Costumer service is everything and the whole staff at Hunan Wok needs to take a course in costumer service! This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth! Never mind the fact that my whole family and I have been costumers for over 15 years !!! I left the area and just moved back close enough to travel to Hunan Wok! I will be sure to let my family know to take the business elsewhere!

service is horrible and it's especially horrible on the phone don't get me wrong food is usually good here but horrible service they hang up on you before you can finish orders on the phone they say we don't have it I go in person and they make it and they magically have it

I am so upset about the attitude from the attention from this resturant today, we tired to order the guy was offensive or tired to taKing the order in an ignorant way. The food is good but the service is not. And at the end he hung up and I personaly had to go to the stores myself and orden again. Plus the attitude from the Phone call transfered to the in store service. Finally i Wonder how we can let know the consumer office about this resturant.
