Great food. I desire to have scallions in my won ton soup but that is ok that it wasn't there. The Dumplings are to die for. The lo mein is great. The real plus is they make there own hot mustard not in a package. Parking: Easy parkimg. Wheelchair accessibility: They my have to help you if you are by yourself the door is heavy.
When first considering my sons 10th birthday party, I was skeptical on where I should order food from. I needed a place that would not only resemble excellence, but one that would fit the theme for my sons angry birds themed party. Needless to say, when I saw that Hung Tao, located in the north end offered an angry birds pizza, I was sold. Not only are all the pepperonis delicately placed, the final product is shockingly realistic. I wish there were more stars I could add to this review, solely because of the priceless smiles that were spread throughout the room when I brought this gem of a food item to the table. Below are two attached files are of myself holding the pizza, and our little ones that were lucky enough to enjoy the delicacy!
Hi I just wanted to write this review because it was my birthday toaday and since i love the game angry birds so much i asked my mommy and daddy if they could get me a pizza with the red bird on it. they said it was a crazzy idea and they thought that no one would make it but i love the game and i play it every day so i searched online for somewher e that would make that pizza for me. i always get all the pigs and my parents dont understnad what the game means to me. but since it was my birthday they ordered me thje pizza and hung tao made it for me! i was so happy to see it because i love pizza too it is my favorite meal especially on fridays where my mom makes me pizza and i play angry birds until really late at night until she takes my ipad but i am sneaky about it. the pizza looked a bit weired but i was still hungry and it was delisious i love it! thank you here is the pictrure of it!
Fried rice was good, not very greasy. I'd say their food is the least greasy of all the Chinese takeout joints in the area. Hunan beef was good, though I'd have preferred a bit more sweetness and spiciness. Other than that, the food was good and the serving size and price were reasonable. Parking: Parking lot available Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
I say this with full sincerity, this meal chicken and broccoli with white rice, was literally the single worst order of food I have ever received in my entire life. I would have rather burned the $10 bill I spent on this meal with a lighter rather than having to experience what I experienced. I cannot comprehend how a restaurant can serve this food and think to themselves “oh this is good”. Wish I could give negative stars.
The food was good, you have to ask for condiments and napkins I was missing soy sauce I am accustomed to 2-3 packages. The lady was stingy with spicy mustard, the upcharge for fried rice vs white rice is ridiculous. I would visit again because the options are limited in the areaDine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: No
My family and I really enjoyed the food at Hung Tao. We had General Tsao chicken, Chicken and vegetables and Shrimp egg foo young with egg rolls, pork fried rice and chicken fried rice. Everything was excellent. I am planning to order at least once a week. This is the best 'take out only' Chinese food I've had in Burlington. It compares with the restaurants in St Louis, Mo. which is the gold standard in my opinion.
This August 2021 we order for to go beef and broccoli and general tsao chicken it so disgusting looks like they put beef water and soy sauce taste like nothing. I wish I can give them zero star.
When they're on their game it is the BEST Chinese food I've found in the state, it seems as if there are two cooks and one is much better than the other, as quality varies quite a bit from night to night. General tsaos sauce and chicken are on point. Sweet, spicy and crispy! Most everyone in the state has started serving sour tasting mushy chicken. They could stand to improve in the customer service dept. I get treated like I'm being scolded more often than not for ordering beef teryaki with my combo which I'm always rudely told is extra last night I recieved 2 half pieces, but the chicken was so good I didn't care. Overall good food for a super reasonable price.
I don’t know how anyone can give this place a good review. The food is awful, the service is terrible and the lady owner is grumpy. I’ll start with the pork fried rice which was a pile of over cooked mush. The gernerals chicken was just so so and the crab Rangoon was hard around the edges. The beef teriyaki was small, thin and tasteless. Not only that, but one of the sticks was missing half the meat on one side. When I said something to the owner, she responded by saying, “ that’s how it comes”. Not even a sorry or give me a new one. Terrible customer service!!!!! We opted to eat inside and when she brought the food over, she threw it on the table and turned around and started yelling in her language to someone behind the counter. Needless to say, I won’t go back ever. This was the second time trying this place with the same disappointment.
