Awesome food but a bit on the pricey side

This place used to b great. Now, bread is dry, hardly any ingredients on the subs and quality varies greatly from locations as has been the case for sometime. Has a fairly loyal following but I won't go there anymore.

My Boyfriend went in Last Night and He ordered our food, got it home and No lettuce and Tomatoes, So disappointing! So I called up there and they said You can come back up and  we'll make them rite or we can give You a refund! I shouldn't have to come back up there, they should pay attention better it is made individually! I took a picture and it looks horrible I paid $13 for just a cpl pieces of meat n cheese! Just pay attention to Your food! Or you will have to waste more time to go up there!

Disappointed with the service. The girl that took my order was NOT friendly at all. Didn't greet me with a hello, just to straight to for here or to go. When she brought my order to my table, she just slid it across the table as she walked by. This girl should not be on the front line!
