This is the best experience we've had at Hungry Howe's. Kevin is the best, always goes above and beyond. I hope he stays a long time! Perhaps prompted into management? If more employees were like him, we'd visit a lot more often! Thanks for the (Chicago cut) squares, and being so polite! Super impressed once again. This really is the best pizza closest to home.

So Hungry Howies issued me a credit for delivering me COLD pizza last time and forgetting to flavor the crust.  I remember the credit so I tried ordering. No ordering history tied to my phone number whatsoever. They LIED to me. Never ordering from the one in Oldsmar ever again. They made me speak to three different associates and still wouldn't honor it. Also Kevin and the two ladies on the call don't even know who their boss is. I was told my best bet was Joe. What a bunch of assholes. Got my screenshot of phone calls from the day ordered and card transaction which I will be forwarding to franchise manager and CEO and alerting them of their shady practices. If you want COLD pizza and wanna wait for more than a hour then they got you!

Resteraunt was not clean. Asked for pepperoni on my pizza and i got 1 right in the middle of it. Pizza was overcooked. The lady that took my order (over the phone) did not greet me and said "kay your oder is gonna be ready in 20 minutes" and hung up.

After Hurricane Irma came thru town and we had no power for days, they opened up here and had a line out to the middle of the parking lot!! It took over an hour to place my
order but it was the best pizza at the time
and we were so happy to enjoy a hot meal!
