I ordered from here because the Fenton rd location is trash. Well, this one is too. The sub was slapped in the box upside-down and wrapped in a way that destroyed it when I tried to open it. The lettuce and tomato "on the side" was not even enough for half the sub and was thrown in the box and got hot and gross, so what's the point? The bread was dry and had the consistency of an old gym mat. They forgot to butter it. Called to complain and was put on hold twice by a kid who couldn't be bothered to speak clearly. Not worth the $30 I spent. That's the last time I visit a hungry howie. Stay away from this place.

I usually do not like posting a bad review but today was the last straw a few weeks ago I ordered 2 subs went to pick up my order received a wrong order had to go all the way back get the correct order or so I thought. It was still wrong and I could not leave work again. Last week on 12/3 I placed an order for pick up at 6:35 due to my daughter’s birthday party. Well my order wasn’t ready until almost 8 not to mention a DoorDash driver was also waiting for over an hour and stated her order was over an hour late already. What’s the point of putting a future time if it’s gonna be almost two hours after the time requested. And then tonight I have been waiting for over an hour for 2 pizzas and some wings. I  notice for some reason my wing flavor was incorrect after the order was placed. And couldn’t get anyone on the phone no shocker there so I head to the store go in and inform the lady red hair and she’s like idk what to tell you. Then proceeds to say I haven’t even put them in yet so yes I can change them. Awesome  this lady is rude every time I have gone in this store. No one wears gloves while making food touching their face to wiping their hands on their shirts you can see when you are at the register paying. I’ve always been kind and tipped well but tonight and the nasty tone of customer service is not okay.

Called around 730pm on 12/19/22 for a delivery, not a busy time for a Monday, for that location! Took two times calling to get someone to answer the phone, to be put on hold for well over three minutes, once the line was picked up and the girl in the background said "just hang it up they'll call back!" And the call ended. Management may need some corporate support in customer service training+testing for their employees. I did not call back.

Has to be the best Hungry Howie's location I've ever been to, and I'm almost 50. They should corporate, if they aren't already,  send franchise owners and managers to the Burton location to see how it's done. Masked up, gloved up, polite, no wait, foods hot and crafted to perfection. No I'm not an employee, no I'm not friends with an employee. I'm just a plumber that's working in the area right now and have had lunch here about 10 times in the past two weeks.

So I live 1.6 miles from this location and as soon as they switched to the third party ordering system we can't get delivery anymore. Kind of a bad system if I can't order on the app even for store pick up. I literally live off circle drive.

3rd time's a charm, right? Yeah, this is at least the third time this location has forgotten something I ordered. So tired of paying for things and not getting them. Sauce is not cheap and even after adding a note, "plz don't forget my 4 ranch sauces", they forget them anyway. Not like I don't tip well. I never tip less than 20% and often tip 30% or more. Then throw in the fact that the prices have gone way up and food quality has gone down, it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth about this place, no pun intended.

They can't manage to get an order right. You ask for one thing and get something completely different and what I did get was disgusting. Seriously people, do better.

I stood and waited for my meal. Employees looked at me and ignored me for 10 min. They were too busy talking amongst themselves. Not going back.

They lost my order, cheese pizza and salad, argued about the time I placed the order, proved with my phoneand said it would take an hour to re-make. I'm done.
