*Same-day imaging and same-day results are available on a walk-in basis for ultrasound, CT and x-ray screenings. Same day appointments available for MRI. Saturday services (8 a.m.-12 p.m.) include:

Friendly and very welcoming. Very clean and the staff were on top of things when it came to questions or concerns. During my Scan i got really sick and light headed and the tech doing my Scan was very understanding and patient. He sat with me and until i felt better. I recommend Rockwall office to anyone.

While one girl was looking at her cell phone for 20 mins, mine rings. But because I'm courteous and keep the ringer off, I didn't answer it. Finally get taken back to sit in a room for another 20 mins. I get out of having the MRI, my phone has a message on it. It's Open Imaging wanting to schedule my MRI 😂😂 seriously!? Wish I could post the picture I took of your office girl on her phone

Went in on Monday said they will have everything sent over to Dr on Tuesday, i called Dr office Tuesday evening (7pm) only to find out they did not send. I waited to 11am on Wednesday to call Dr and still nothing. I decided to call open image of Rockwall and asked about it, the lady was very rude and told me she faxed to my Dr in Greenville, well guess what I don't have a Dr in Greenville!! si someone Dr I don't even know has my report hmmmm ok! I give her the fax number she says it will be later this evening before she will have time to send!! Guess what still never sent!!!! So if you use them I hope it's nothing important you need!!

Thorough, professional, compassionate. Checked my insurance by pre-certifying amounts, then gave me options to pay vs having to wait for insurance. They called me directly when they had the ok from insurance and when I got there they explained everything completely and without attitude. I was in considerable pain and they were very considerate. I highly recommend them.

This place is a RIP OFF! Went in to get TWO X-rays for my son's foot and the charged us $256 because they were too LAZY to look up our insurance's co-pay. Our insurance has already paid them for our visit, and a month later they are still taking their sweet little time to refund us our money. Lady behind the desk sat there and bad mouthed my pediatrician's office their entire visit. They need to FIRE that grumpy lazy staff and get some quality customer service in there.
