I have been to many doc.'s office in my lifetime, having moved many times in my 20's and 30's. I've been at this office for about 10 years now and find the front office EXTRAORDINARY compared to the many data points I've gathered. Believe me, you can have the best doc. in the world but if the front office staff are insufficient or lacking, don't call back, don't deliver messages thoroughly, screw up their calendar and are rude, who cares how good the doc is since the front office is the gate keeper? I'm CRAZY about the front office staff at this practice. Not only are the individually excellent at their jobs, they all seems to *like* one another, are kind to each other, you can see them rally and help their co worker when swamped, and they are equally pleasant and generous in kindness ro the patients. For the record, my doc. is incredible, too. Extremely happy with the place. April 7, 2017 addition to my comments: it's been easily a year that I resisted signing up and using the patient portal b/c I hate what I think are efforts to shut me out or keep me distant from person-to-person contact. I finally gave it try. It's been two weeks, I've sent 2 messages and a refil request, and I am shocked to say it works, it works great, I'm in real communication (not just auto replies) a doc posted my care plan, test results, the site hasn't crashed, my registration worked easily. Everthing that thought would be bad about it ISN'T. It's kinda great, actually. I see only one doc over and over, and she was out of town last time I was in, so I had to see Dr. Jardimin. 5 stars.

Have been going here for 17 years. Best Doctor office in my area. The staff and doctors are great.

I called this place up and said that I needed a doctor to fill out forms so I can get reduced fare on nj transit, the mta and i wanted them to fill out my learners permit application. I told the scheduler that i needed enough time for this. "You need a physical" she said. Ok, that's fine. I get there, do the physical. Then ask about my papers. The Nurse Practitioner says she doesn't want to sign them, she wants to read them and have ne come back. I don't understand, I say. I have Cerebral Palsy. My condition isn't going to change in 48 hours. She says it's my first time there. I ask to talk to someone else. She goes to speak to the doctor. Proceeds to tell him that I talk too much and that she's been trying to cut me off. She comes back in, I tell her I heard everything she said and she should bring the doctor in. I ask the doctor if they went to medical school to be shitbags to people. He brings up the 48 hour policy. I explain again that my CP will stll be here in 48 hours, and it's a huge inconvenience for me to schedule appointments, since my mom has to drive me. She says she's horrified with herself. I only manage to get her to sign NJ transit papers, and she says she will call the state of PA about the learners permit. Turns out, after reading the mta paperwork, i don't think I'm eligible for their program. That's fine. Bottom line is, it's humiliating in itself that people with disabilities like myself have to go get physicals for every service that's available to them. I was going to wait and write this review until after I got my prrmit paper signed, but I'm too angry. That Nurse Practitioner was horrifyingly unprofessional. Avoid this place. Edit: I reported the NP and allegedly she is taking sensitivity classes now. Got a letter of apology. Furthermore, I got the physical done at a different place and it was no trouble at all. In and out in ten minutes. No one asked me for my records or threw their license in my face. Far better experience.

I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. I've dealt with several doctors here and unfortunately most have let me down. Maybe its because I don't have very good insurance? But they seem very judgemental and opinionated. Not sure which takes precedence the principals of politics or science?
