5 Star Service. Child locked herself in her bedroom and after trying for 1 hour to get her out, I called Hunterdon Lock. They came within 5 minutes and got her out in 1 minute. 5 star service and courtesy!!

Called me back one time. After that did not return calls. I called him three times no calls returned . Said he would call me twice never did. I gave up on him and went with a competitor.

Helpful and friendly. I have used them twice. Once I had to get a duplicate of an old car key that they didn't have a blank for. They did the cut even though I bought the blank myself, and other places would not do the cut unless I bought the blank from them. The other was to replace a busted lock at my house. They came out that day and replaced only the parts that needed to be replaced and so the bulk of the charge was for the trip out to my house.
