Why is it that toddlers are always screaming about an earache on a Sunday when the pediatrician is closed? They got us in and out within half an hour (which is actually quicker than the pediatrician's usual wait). Yet another ear infection but the nurse gave him a new book so he's a happy camper for now. Friendly staff and quick service!

Went in with a sinus infection. Told them it was a sinus infection - that was the wrong thing to do. It was completely dismissed as a possibility, solely becasue who am I to tell a Dr what's wrong with me. 2 days later and I now have a raging sinus infection with pain into my teeth and a massive headache like a shelf is pushing on my forehead. Diagnosed at a different urgent care with a...you guessed it, severe sinus infection. It would be generous to call this place a medical facility. Their level of care is borderline negligent, at best. Even if it's hundreds of dollars more, I would urge you to go to the ER rather than wasting money, to suffer longer, going to this place.

Went there for my 6 month old daughter in November for an ear infection. Was given a prescription that didn't work. We ended up at the ER the following day at 2AM. The ER doctor was surprised we were given the prior prescription as it was rarely ever used for an ear infection. We wasted 36 hours on a worthless treatment while my daughter continued to be in pain. Would not recommend or go back. Or pediatrician later told us that they are not good for babies, yet they were the ones who told us to go to them.

Nice quick check in staff however I was not impressed with the doctor on staff that day. Dr. Villaneueva spent no more than 2 minutes with me and seemed in a rush and unconcerned. Most of my time was with the nurse.
