I went to make an appoitment because i have been having pain on the top left side of my mouth they told me they no longer can accept me as a patient because I missed to many appointments. Mind you this is the fist time I made a dentist appointment since I turned 18 so there holding me responsible from me being a minor  when I was in my MOTHER'S care. I find that pathetic. That shouldn't come back on the patient if they were a minor at the time. Also if you do have an appointment there always running late. They  make you feel very uncomfortable they also had the nerve to call my friends daughter a brat because she wouldn't listen to the dentist. She is 3!! I will not go there nor take my son there. I only have you 1 star because they don't accept zero!!

My dental practice has always had the best interests of our patients in mind. That being said, we always appreciate input from our patients so that we continue to provide the best care. However, input is only credible when all of the facts come into play. Using this forum because you are upset is not your best option......Our patients love us. By the way, we have been in practice for 35 years, after taking over another practice of 40 years. Patient complaints have always been successful when addressed directly to our practice.

I would watch going to this dentist. They wouldn't even see my 10 year old daughter to fix her cavity on a scheduled visit because of exposure to hand foot and mouth although she showed no signs of it. Then offered to reschedule in a week.   It makes me wonder if they sterilize their equipment because the excuse I was given was they see too many patients to risk them getting it because she was exposed but again had no signs or symptoms. I've since called 5 other dentists that said that was a completely ridiculous excuse.
