My problem started with over the phone (which I had to ask for a manager 4 time and then was transferred to a manager of a DIFFERENT department.) ultimately was told that i had to come into the branch for something that should have been able to be dealt with over the phone.  Left feeling humiliated and belittled.  Great job guys.

Went in wit questions about my savings account. Woman took my name and number and said that she would look into the matter and call me. She never did. I called the bank back and I give you my opnion they are very un professional. Still never offered help.

DO NOT trust anyone at this branch. I mean from the tellers who steal your $$$$ up to the higher ups who cover up & lie about the dirty dealings going on there. I will never step foot in that place ever again! If you do business there be on guard & watch your $ closely. They're running some kind of racket there.

Paul was the one who helped me. I told him about my situation and he just told me to call customer service myself. He was having a bad day or something. He tried to make few phone calls and he was just annoyed the lady was talking so much on the phone. Ending up with some information regarding traveling notifications.. and some personal advice. I just dont think this bank is that helpful for me anymore.. I am switching to Chase banking instead.
