Whoever this first guy is Is just wrong. I come in at least three or four times a week and Sydney is the nicest teller there is! She is more than helpful and is as knowledgeable as they come. IF there is a rare chance that you were not treated with respect, it's because you did not deserve respect. She has a job to do, just like you and me. I love this branch and I will not go anywhere else to do my business transactions. Keep up the GREAT work!! UPDATED- I just looked at all the reviews that this WILL COMPTON has done, and all he does is piss and moan at all these companies if he does not get his way. I'd take his reviews about as far as my 5 month old can walk.

Love these ladies!  I do all my personal and business banking at this location and over time I have gotten to know each of them well.  They always remember my name and greet me with a smile.  They make banking fun!

The clerk Sydney is the most unprofessional bank teller I have dealt with in my entire life. She will give you attitude about doing her job hang up the phone on you and then will ignore the phone when you call back. I'm very dissatisfied with the service of Huntington. Since it's switched from first merit I've had nothing but problems. Sydney won't give you the corporate number and won't assist you if she feels your in worthy.

I also am disappointed with the service I receive at this Giant Eagle location.
I felt that the tellers were very unprofessional when dealing with customers. More than once several tellers were very rude to me. Also, I feel these tellers are not trained as well as a normal Branch Offices.  They have made several mistakes on my banking transactions as well.
I actually avoid using this bank location when I have to bank with Huntington. I have presented these issues with the district manager but have not seen any improvement.
