I'm very upset with this bank!  I went in on November 2nd to close my checking account and was taken care of very nicely BUT!!!  On January 2nd I received a statement with a $15.00 monthly checking fee for December (WHAT!)  I called customer service and found out that the account was never closed, told her the story and she waived the fee.  I called Steve who closed my account and asked why this happened, he said that he did not know why.  People need to get their stuff together,end of story.

I am a credit union member however the is bank is near the home and the atm is convenient. Last Friday we tried to take some money out and it only gave us some of the money we requested. Immediately we called our bank and Huntington bank as we stood there. Hungington stated there was nothing they could. This was horrible as it was the weekend of mlk holiday. Derek the teller was very nice and told me this was unacceptable and that he would make sure jackie was to call me first thing Tuesday after 9Am. Jackie never called. I had to call her and was very insensitive of the incident and told me to call my bank and to have them call their back office and maybe then it will be corrected. I explained this is not the cusomers fault, this is the banks atm's issue and It needed to be rectified immediately. However here I am today still without my money and noone seems to care. I couldn't even get a hold of the branch supervisor to see whatever avenues I needed to take. If I were to ever change banks, this definitely wouldn't be the one to choose. I am Not even a direct member,  can't imagine how they treat there own members. Let's see how fast I get my money? System/process/customer service needs to be improved!

How.can I not cash my check and deposit in my account. Being told we dont do.that any more. But my huntington location does it all the time.

I'm surprised to see negative reviews about this branch.  I go here all the time and feel the tellers are genuinely nice people and even when they have long lines, they take the time to meet your needs.  They only problem I've ever had here is after hours with the ATM.
