Can't ever get customer service help on the phone. Called branch, transferred me to online support, they couldn't help and transferred me to department that handles equity line of credit. Went through prompts to get person then said they are closed, call back please and hung up. Also this location once refused to open a bank account for my daughter with me there, said she wasn't 18. The old canal branch is great, but this branch and corporate are horrible. Plus they don't hire smokers at Huntington and as a pipe and cigar smoker i am appalled. Looking for a better bank.

I go to this Huntington often. The transactions are always quick and easy.

Nobody speak Spanish.
App ask me for user name and password BEFORE I am enrolled and no option yo be enrolled.
Very stupid App
