I've had nothing but good experiences with this bank. The staff is always friendly and professional. I appreciate how I can make cash and check deposits at the atm.

Rates are about right. Rather poor that it takes so long for deposits to be available. MOST people get paid on Friday. They close at 4 instead of 5-5:30 like most banks. Money is usually not showing until Tuesday.  Slow compared to other banks. Better options out there.
