I have been with Huntington for over three years now and I'm really thinking about switching to a different bank because of this location. The staff is not friendly and manager makes up her own rules. My boyfriend needed a check print out and the manager told him no they could not do it, so he just went to a different location and they printed it for him. The only thing we could think of is he is black. She must be an ignorant person.

The  Worst customer service ever . Over draft charges on using debit card even when you sign up for the card to reject any transaction if there are no money in your account, the lady that handled my situation when I went to talk to them about the over draft charges was very rude and inconsiderate. I hope this will be helpful for others

Steve, the Personal Banker who helped me open my accounts was super friendly and helpful. He helped me find the right option for a balance transfer. He even helped me out to my car bc I'm on crutches. He went above and beyond. I will recommend this Huntington to all of my friends.
