I bought my first car from here in last Christmas. They have very good sales person. I went there without booking any appointment, but they attended. During my visit, Kazi was my point of contact, he is very helpful and nice person. He help me a lot to settle up my first car. General Manager is also a very nice person, he offered me the best deal here.

This place could not be better first off I spoke to a service representative by the name of Christian he was honest and straightforward I asked him if he knew anything about cars and he said no it was the best thing I ever heard to finally not be lied to so anyway I talked to Gabriel who I had to come in person to see and he is the man he told me a simple answer to my simple question and he took care of me I told him my story coming from Garden Grove Hyundai Russell Westbrook and he completed the job if you haven't been following me just know Garden Grove did not take care of me but Huntington Beach I love you guys keep doing what you're doing just keep it honest that's all us customers ever ask thank you again Gabriel he's the f****** man

Bought a car from Lance L.   I would recommend, but as always, come with a plan.  They treated me fairly and honestly.  Even after the purchase I feel like I received a good deal and was out the door in my new car in under 2 hours.  The HB parking permit is a nice touch as well.  If you want a Hyundai, call them up, make an appointment, and go drive one.  (I also get free charging after purchase for my EV.....bonus!)

The customer service person that helped me was nice and knew customer service. It’s too bad the rest of the dealership doesn’t. I came in last week early to my appointment to get my passenger window looked at because it wasn’t rolling down and my car is still under warranty. They took 2 hours to tell me they didn’t have the part. I was told to call and see if they had the part in a couple days later. I called and was told they had the part it would take 45 minutes to fix a switch on my window. I made an appointment for early in the morning this week. I arrived on time. It took FOUR hours instead of 45 minutes. Very disappointing. I spent 6 hours in a week at this place for a simple problem.

Recently bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from here, which they tried to sell me without floor mats. I asked about it and they said they would order some for me and send them to me since I live out of state. Fast forward about 5 months of me trying to contact them via email, web chat, and phone and have yet to get a helpful response from anyone.. Buying experience was fine, but the second you have the keys, don't expect any help.
