Approximately three weeks ago the unthinkable happened; I lost my wedding ring set! It had fallen off my hand in the parking lot of a large store in SW Oklahoma City. Miraculously, my husband found the ring a few hours later; but, it had been completely flattened by what could only have been a vehicle running over it. Though the ring was hardly recognizable,the stones were still barely attached. When I took the ring in to Huntington Fine Jewelers I was treated with respect and compassion and all my options were clearly defined. I chose to ask Lance to repair my ring and his promise was to get it as close to the original as possible. I truly could not speak when I saw my ring! It had been completely restored and looking as beautiful as the day it was put on my hand more than 44 years ago. Thank you again, Lance, and the staff at Huntington Fine Jewelers. I am grateful.

My experience began via a phone call. Courtney not only answered all of my questions, but also made a few very helpful suggestions. She was even willing to hold a few of my selections aside until I was able to make it to the store later in the day. When I arrived I was greeted by London who surprisingly remembered me from my last visit in May of 2015. London patiently showed me several pieces with respectful mindfulness of my $150 budget. Not once did he try to rush my decision or dismiss my importance as his client. Unlike other jewelers I have dealt with in the past I received the highest quality of service and respect as if my purchase were in the thousands. As well as the remarkable shopping experience the atmosphere of the store is a welcome balance between elegance and relaxation . Their inventory expands between your child's first quality jewelry piece to the exquisite pieces you give to mark life's most memorable moments. Lastly, Huntington Jewelers is a local family-owned business. Not only are you receiving superb quality pieces and the upmost in personal service, you are also supporting small business in your community. After weeks (possibly even months) of combing through Pinterest and other websites for the perfect engagement ring, a friend recommended Huntington. Right away I clicked with my sales associate (Lauren) and she worked with me and my beau on finding my dream ring. She was honest with us about our options and pricing and well, everything! Working with her and Lance was priceless. We ultimately decided to custom design our ring and it truly is perfect. Absolutely perfect! Thank you Huntington for your help with envisioning and furthermore for creating my one-of-a-kind, out of this world, better than I imagined, dream wedding ring! ❤

I enjoyed my visit with Shu when I brought my watch in for service. She is an asset to the store, with her outgoing personality. There was no pressure to purchase anything but she did show me a beautiful bracelet & mentioned the March madness sale going on. When I picked up the watch a few days later the experience with another employee was just as pleasant. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It is a great store.

I had my father's diamond ring for years in my jewelry box. I won a $100 gift card at work to Huntington. I took my ring with me. They made it into a channel set ring with his diamonds. It's valued over $5000 and they made it for $1000. I'm extremely pleased with the customer service and the jeweler who made it. It was actually finished a week earlier than expected.
