Just wondering how to report the broken meters? We have meters in front of our store but one of them is broken. We have many customers suffered from that where they paid the meter with quarters but still got the tickets. And they always come to us to complain about it which we can't help since it's not our obligation to maintain it working properly. The city government should do something with it. Although they provide some alternatives by paying meter with mobile services through smart devices which I personally think it is a good action, but in reality people still got the tickets even they paid online. Here is what I have witnessed, one of our customers paid with phone and a city patrol came and gave them a ticket simply because he had no ability to authenticate if customers had paid or not due to the lack of technical supports between infrastructures and manpower. So, our customer had to go to the municipal parking board to get it resolved. What is the purpose of using cellphone to pay the meter if you are ended up getting a ticket anyway? Also, please take it in account that there are not many people that are tech-savvy. At least most elderly people are not No Offenses to Elderly People. Some people would prefer the old fashion way to pay the meter than paying with smart devices and some people just don't want to pay the convenient fees. The meter should be function properly with its basic form and then you can add up additional functions to improve it. A broken meter with QR code on it? It's just a joke.
I had a slight hick up using the park mobile app, ended up getting a ticket when I had paid for parking. They were really helpful at getting it resolved for me.

We attended the Slayer concert and paid to park in the municipal parking building. After the concert we went to our truck, only to see graffiti all over the side of our truck.
