Amazing experience!!! I have been coming here for several years and the owners/staff have changed many times. This group is by far the best!!! The Manager Deborah Daki is wonderful. Every time I'm there she is so sweet and helpful. They really go above and beyond👍🏻

Disappointing recently.  Noticed a distinct difference in how well they clean from car to car.  I was standing on the side watching them clean a gentleman's car who was standing next to me.  They were giving his truck the red carpet treatment so I asked what wash he got - he had the same as I purchased.  But when they got to my car, different story.  No idea why, but I got the message.

I never leave reviews but felt the need to today, in hopes to help someone else save their money by not coming here!! I read the mixed reviews before coming but figured I would give them a shot (especially because they are the only full service car wash in Calvert) .. 

Their car wash was the same as a gas station car wash.. Not impressed but got the job done, I guess. They didn’t tape down my back window wiper or push my mirrors in. Seems very lazy & careless to me. 
While I was in the waiting room the manager comes in and starts bragging to me and the other customers about how many cars they had come this weekend & how corporate is happy (not very tasteful or professional in my opinion). 
Once I got home, I inspected my interior, just to find myself disappointed. For the whole 20 minutes I was in the waiting room, it seems like all they did was wipe down my dash & clean my windshield. There was dust everywhere, loose dirt on my back seats and trash in my door still. They didn’t even touch the very back section of my SUV. My floor mats didn’t seem like they were vacuumed whatsoever, as there were leaves & dirt on them still (I took a picture of my mats). VERY different from Wash Haus in Edgewater, who will take my mats out & scrub them, without me even asking. 

Will never go here again.. waste of money. I will drive to Edgewater to Wash Haus from now on to get better service and save more money!!!

I have used this place approximately 3 times and have been disappointed with all three visits. The last time, my vehicle was scratched by their automatic washers and service was slow and wash quality was horrible. I can throw $40 away someplace else...and likely not get my vehicle scratched in the process!?!

Editing my initial review. This place has gotten very sloppy with their interior cleaning. I constantly have to ask for something to be fixed. I get that they have a satisfaction guarantee but honestly it's not worth it when you are never satisfied with the work. I give up on this place. The Gambrills location has better employees and workers so if you're up that way don't hesitate to stop there. For being in Calvert, Wash Haus in Edgewater is worth the drive and is always almost $10 cheaper for a better overall clean both exterior and interior.
