A great way to get to Nantucket! Wifi and refreshments sold on boat  make for a very comfortable trip. You  can also pay slightly more to board prior to other guests. Parking gets a little crazy at peak times. I believe you can reserve parking when you book your fares, but it sells out quick. There is always plentiful parking at the Cape Cod Transportation Center (behind the train station). It's only about a mile away and costs $10 per day. There are also private pay lots in the surrounding neighborhood for $20-$30 per day. There is a restaurant, cafe, and Ben & Jerry's at the ferry dock so plenty to do while you wait. I only wish there were a few more to go options that are gluten free, plant based, or organic...

Awesome ride. Staff were very nice. I got sticker shock for 2 people and 2 bikes to Nantucket was 180 dollars. I don't have the Kennedy's money WTH
 It was nice ride but felt it wasn't 180 Worth. Yet it was a spare of the moment plan and we enjoyed the ride and our 15 year anniversary together biking Nantucket

The ferry ran on time for our trip to the vineyard but was running late for the trip back. The staff alerted us beforehand of the late departure then were quite efficient in trying to make up for lost time during boarding. The ferry is comfortable and enjoyable to ride on.
