If there is a red flag, I would choose red flag for this office. My uncle is a patient of this office, my uncle doesn't speak English very well, the person who answer the phone was not nice to my uncle, my uncle ask me help to call to get the office address. I called the place for address, the front office answered the phone, terrible English Speak, then ask her to speak Chinese, she was rude, did not give the city name keep asking her the city name all she told me was the close street. I am also a front office for dental, I never speak to any person over the phone with that bad attitude or that kind tone of voice. recommend Dr. check on her attitude before have her work. Worst day ever. Never want to be that office patient. Too bad my uncle is assigned to that office definitely ask my uncle to change office later.

Doctors here are very nice and helpful. On the other hand, those staff on the front desk are rude and disrespected. I really recommend doctor to check on their attitude.

This review is not based on the doctors, they are great and have been very helpful throughout the years that my mom and my brother have been coming here. The staff is another story. They are rude, disrespectful, and blatantly racist. The only worker that has treated us with respect here is Maribel. The other ladies at the front desk have been a complete nightmare. We are definitely treated differently because we are not Asian. My mom can't ask a simple question without them being rude and then making comments and laughing in their own language. They have gone as far as NEGLECTING to fill out paperwork for her and making her wait an entire week for something that would have only taken a day. They take preference to people that are their own race and I find that to be unacceptable. Like I said, we have been coming here for YEARS and the disrespect has been present from the beginning. It's a shame that these great doctors have these horrible women running their office.
