Used to be my go to grocery store, but my shopping experience has been going down consistently over the past couple months. Seems like basic and common products are always out of stock. Produce has been low quality. We bought strawberries and they had mold on them a day later. Avocados in bin are either complete mush or so green that they would take days to ripen. 

The restaurant inside the store is also poor. After being seated, it took 10 minutes to get drink orders. Then another 10 to order. When I asked about getting two flavors of wings with the all you can eat wing deal, the waitress was visibly annoyed. Is two flavors really too much to ask? Maybe don't have unlimited wing nights if you can't serve two flavors at once. We got up and left after that interaction. Stay far away from this place.

For some reason, I ❤ Hy V. Staff is super helpful, friendly and will leave  What they are doing to take you over to what you are looking for. Their prices are pretty much like everybody else's. Their variety is good, and their health section is okay. They do have a bulk food section. We were there last night to eat at their Market Grill, which was pretty good, and Priced Right. Not fancy,  But then you are eating in a grocery store.

Market garden restaurant was a disappointment. Wife had filet and I had rib eye. Charred on one side made for tough chewing.  Baked potato tasted liked it's been in oven all day. I am gonna stick with the Chinese food from here on out

Ready for a nice sit-down restaurant?  Go here!
Weirdly, this is very true.  Their new Hy-Vee kitchen is a delightful surprise.  It is stylish, quiet, reasonably priced, sit-down dining with really good food and fantastic service.

Too, a good grocery store; clean, well-stocked.  Has an organic foods section. Caribou coffee inside.
