I think a lot of these negative reviews are just people who are never happy and just looking for something to complain about or exaggerate.  We have never had a problem... service is consistently great, friendly, and prompt.  I would say the sushi is the best I have had in Johnson County and the flatbreads and burgers are amazing too.  Market Grille is family-friendly and I really appreciate the call ahead/carry out option... they even bring it out to your car.  We will continue to be repeat customers.

Worst service I've had in a long time. My wife and I have been here many times. Most of those times with good service. There might be an occasional time where it was a little slow to receive service or an order, but nothing like tonight! Worst night! We were greeted and taken to a table as soon as we walked in. That's the only good part of the evening. It was not busy. Maybe half of the tables were occupied. It took 15 min before someone recognized us and took our drink and appetizer order. It took another 20 min to get a drink. I was ready to walk out, but my wife encouraged me to stay. Time lapsed and we finally ordered our meal.  When our dinner arrived, my food was cold. We were almost half way through our dinner when our waiter realized that something was forgotten, the appetizer; which came soon after. There is more that I could say about this evening, but I'm trying to keep it short. Not much of an apology was given for anything. At some point I would have thought the manager would come over to give an apology and give us a story of being short staffed or something, but it never happened. Truthfully, I don't think the manager really cared. There could have been some sort of issue tonight with staff or something, but just a simple acknowledgement would have been nice. I wasn't looking for a free dessert or anything. I even thought it was odd that our waiter did not say anything when we received our bill. Hope you enjoyed your meal? We did not! Come again. Probably not. Or anything. I hardly ever write a bad review, but I couldn't let this go without something. This changed my mood for the rest of the night and it changed my impression of this restaurant. Advertising is a difficult part of business and "word of mouth" will make it even harder.

Please visit Blackbob location. A very nice place to shop. Their restaurant is a good time for families to share a meal. The service is good. Shopping is keeping the neighborhood with fresh produce and has its own Starbucks too!

My burger​ was supposed to have onion straws on it. They ran out today. They served it to me bare, hoping I would not notice. And then charge me full price. Not a good night.

Pirchased 2 items that were expired. Consumed chocolate milk that had expired for 5 days. Needless to say it made me pretty sick. I called and spoke to the manager and he dint offer an apology and dint even care what the items were so he could pull them from the shelf. The place is nice and large but for the money you would expect better service. Will not be back.
