I normally don't like to give poor reviews, especially to places that provide valuable medications, but for the fourth time in a row I have called my prescription in in advance, and was assured it would be ready by the time I got there, but they NEVER fill it until you go in there. If you're too busy and don't have time to fill it, SAY SO!! I will come back when you've had sufficient time to fill it. Don't waste my time and busy schedule by making me wait in your store. Despite the need for my asthma inhalers, I do maintain a job and a full and active schedule. Your apologies are always very sweet, but they don't make up for a wasted trip to the pharmacy.

This large store has a restaurant with very nice and friendly staff. I am from Chicago. My experience there was very positive.
