Stayed here on our trip to vist cap cod, the staff were the best ll have encountered. Nothing was ever to much trouble, the breakfast was great,coffee was available all day. They got discounted ferry tickets for me .and my husband. OK the place is a bit dated but the staff more than makeup for this. Will we stay there again.can't wait to. many thanks to all the staff.

Visit Hyannis once a year and always stay here. My room had a balcony with a view. It had all the amenities needed. For breakfast the choices were awesome. Coming back next September for sure.

Very clean, spacious rooms and parking. Very nice people. We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it.

DEFINITELY STAY HERE!! I have visited the Cape my whole life and live here now. My home is going through major renovations, so I've tested out a few Hyannis hotels for the first time. This place stands head and shoulders above all similarly priced places in Hyannis!! Its not brand new (or as new as some of ita competitors) but it is MUCH cleaner! They clearly care about keeping the rooms to a high standard and they've succeeded! Also a balcony on each room is a great treat! The feather in the cap for this place is the staff. My birthday was one of the nights of my home reno (my first night at the travel inn) and the staff noticed when confirming my ID at check-in. About 60 seconds after they carried my bags to my room, one of the workers knocked with a chilled bottle of champagne and two glasses for my GF and I. I couldn't believe it!! I have never been treated so well at a hotel in all my life. This is a wonderful place!

This place is good for a family getaway at the cape! The room had two queen size beds and a pull out sofa. Beyond that, there's a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker! Free breakfast on top of that and you're golden!
