I don't understand why it was so hard to get the card details correct. I checked in with a company card, I got my authorization form filled out. The manager said fax it over, then promptly left before he put anything through. There was no night manager, the staff didn't know how to handle the form. So we finally get that squared away, or so I think, and they have to put my card on file with a small hold. That's fine, seems normal. Nope. The next morning I receive a call that they'd not looked at the name under my company card and charged another person in my company. They're called, supposedly it's fixed. I check my bank account later in the night, they charged the room to my card and my companies card. They said this would be refunded, they better hope so. There was no water pressure in the shower and housekeeping tried to get into my room twice despite the DO NOT DISTURB sign. I would absolutely never stay here again and I'm warning everyone else not to as well!

Nice and modern hotel, but some quirks with service. Failed three times to replace down bedding with hypoallergenic pillows and comforters, and by the time they did they were out of pillows. The bathroom had no shave mirror and one of the overhead lights was burnt out. Our room also didn't have a TV remote when we checked in.

The hotel is newer and located behind the Legacy Village Mall. GPS will take you to the mall and the hotel is behind it. You can see the top and sign above the mall itself. 

The stay was nice, there is plenty of shopping nearby, even a grocery store within walking distance. 

The breakfast was outstanding and had several options for everyone.

My only complaint was the pillows were not very comfortable to sleep on.

Very disappointed in management of this hotel.  The pool was closed for weeks, check in process was very inefficient and rude, card charged for room was incorrect and unwilling to be rectified, and room was dated with several issues including unclean quarters & stain on bed linen.  I reached out to hotel management numerous times and have yet to be contacted back.  Finally reached out to Hyatt Corporate to report the location.

The hotel is clean, conveniently located steps from a nice mall with several of the best restaurants. The desk team were not a happy group. I had multiple interactions with several individuals & they all seemed to have attitudes like I was interfering with their jobs of the day. The rooms are spacious & modern & the beds were comfy. The breakfast starts early at 6:30 & had generous options.
