The hotel and rooms was nice. And I was exceptionly impressed on how friendly and helpful the staff was. I liked the fact that you could have a meal 24/7. The breakfast wasn't bad either. But for the money, microwaves should be readily and available in the rooms. Also, for the money, it would be even nicer if the hotel had a hot tub available in the pool room. If not then jacuzzi rooms should be an option. Over all I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place Utica.

Great stay our king suite was very spacious. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Fridge did not have freezer space, no microwave. Coffee pot single brew was great. Hotel staff every step of the way were Genuinely very pleasant. Very helpful I would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is very convenient to local restaurants and freeways. The rooms are clean and the service is great.

Awesome hotel and staff. Breakfast selections were great. Very clean. One complaint, not on the hotel...but the Hall rd construction makes it very difficult for traveling in that area. I will definitely be staying here again next time.

Loved it! We stayed here after our wedding reception. We got a cute wedding gift on our bed. Everything was clean and classy. My guests loved it as well!
