The decor of the hotel is well designed. The fridge in the room was barely cold. The fridge was barely working in 2 other guests room as well. Cleaning could definitely improve. Which means, please check your glasses before you drink out of them. After speaking to the general manager over a large issue. There was no final contact to resolve the issues that took place. Which leaves me quite upset. In the food preparation area there are 2 ladies that was exceptional, Mrs. Mary and Melanie. They did what they could to reach out for their guest and always had a smile on their face!!

I've been to several Hyatt Place hotels and I feel this was a notch below. The rooms and general facilities were great. The breakfast spread however was ok. The serving staff though were amongst the best. Extremely warm and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Great value and quality! The Hyatt Place Jacksonville is lower priced than the Hampton Inn where I am, but the features and service here is far superior. The room was very large and had a large sitting area and wet bar in addition to two queen beds and well appointed bathroom. Very, very spacious room. The hotel is clean, new and well run. The staff is very friendly and courteous. We stopped here on our way down to Disney World. I highly recommend it.

This hotel has a nice fitness center and free breakfast. The rooms are great, spacious and comfortable. I wish the pool was bigger and had more exposure to the sun, it's Florida.

Very nice non smoking hotel. The staff was great when we star3ted there for 4 nights. Very accommodating when out triplet nephews wanted to stay the night with us.
