The hotel was a really nice place, great location, and awesome staff. Their free shuttle service was great with the cold temps during our stay. They dropped us off and picked us back up all with a friendly driver. They also gave us a free milk for our daughter and a free thing of unsweetened tea from their little shop. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our room had a great view of downtown Omaha. Our room hadn't been cleaned very well. The mini fridge was sticky and had stuff in it. The tile in the bathroom was slippery like it had been sprayed with soap and not cleaned. Breakfast had no one cleaning up after people so if you wanted a clean table you had to clean it before you sat down. Housekeeping ignored out do not disturb sign and knocked on the door at 9am wanting to clean. We were trying to sleep in. The elevator broke down and was out of service during check out. They did comp one night of our stay to make up for it. The TL:DR version is great location. Need more staff to take care of guests.

Amazing view of downtown, would have rated a full 5 star if it wasnt for the pool being full of rowdy kids!! We were going to go at 7-8 was full of kids, not to mention it was so loud you could hear them from the elevator. So we decided to come back and check again around 10pm thinking the kids would be done for the day... nope.... still full of kids running around the pool and screaming.... was disappointed we were not able to enjoy the pool. PS: no hot-tub/spa.

Very nice hotel. Front desk staff was a bit busy when we checked in. Parking is $10 a night, and it can accommodate taller vehicles or those with cartop carriers. We stayed on the 10th and top floor. Our room was a great size for families. It was nice and clean. The clock did not work, so I'm taking off a start for that. The pool is nice but has no natural light. Free breakfast was great, as all Hyatt breakfasts are. I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely rooms and accommodations. Stayed for three days and enjoyed our time here. Large and well-stocked breakfast area. We had problems with our room cards not working in parking garage the whole time we were there, but that didn’t spoil our experience.
