The customer service has been really nice. But there have been a few bumps with our stay. The door to our room can be forced open when locked, but they seem to be taking it seriously to fix it so we can secure our belongings when away. The breakfast is decent but could be better. And someone pulled a fire alarm so my family is waiting outside while we wait for the building to be cleared while I write this. All and all I would stay here again because dispite the issues we have been treated really well by the staff and the place is super clean.

Location is awesome, super close to The Fountains and Galleria so LOTS of shopping and dining close by. This hotel feels newer and has the standard roomy studio type rooms which I love. Clean, nice staff and comfortable rooms with great sleep quality!

Amazing Hotel! Rooms were very clean, spacious and the staff was very polite. The pool and hot tub area was very clean also. Clean towels by pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying at this hotel. The entire building is modern and clean. Receptionists were very friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Parking, easy. And you can't beat the neighborhood either.

Great place to stop off if you're going to, or returning from, Tahoe! The breakfast is actually pretty good. The reason for the low rating is that for the exact same price the night before, we were able to stay at the Hyatt Regency in Sacramento next to the capital which is a significant step up. At this Hyatt Place, the woman who checked us out was a bit rude with obvious others things she'd rather be doing. Also, avoid the bottom floor at all costs - it's extremely uncomfortable to have to choose between people looking directly into your room, or keeping the blackout shades drawn the whole night. Final issue was that the A/C was either on or off - the controls did not allow to change the fan speed, so we were either freezing or sweating all night.
