Our room (213) was clean and spacious. It needed a nightlight in the toilet room. Closing / opening the toilet room door was tight. You had to squeeze in, or back into something to do so. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Top linens were tucked in on the sides :( I don't like having to pull them out and wish hotel's wouldn't do that. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good; however, there was no bacon or sausage. Also, decaf was empty. I reported it. 20 minutes later, still no decaf. We called down the night before to change our airport shuttle time. Our name didn't get written in that time slot.

The hotel is very nice. It is easy to get to and very visible. It has updated furniture and is a clean facility. This location has a very nice fitness center, with treadmills, ellipticals and bikes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a track behind the hotel where I have seen runners and bikers use. The only thing that keeps the hotel from getting five stars is the lack a places to eat that are close proximity to the hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was pretty good and it was very close to the airport, with a complementary shuttle service. The rooms look nice, the beds are comfortable, and the hot breakfast in the morning is really good. The staff is friendly, too. The problem I had was with the design of the room. My wife and I stayed there and the sink is in the bedroom, outside of the room with the toilet, which means, if you get up to use the bathroom in the night, you're washing your hands in the dark. A minor complaint, but one that makes it a not so perfect experience.

Good location near airport just off I-80. Easy to find. In house food is good. A little distant from food establishments. Staff is professional, meeting room is good.

There was a neat and unique reception desk right next a small snack bar in Hyatt Place Salt Lake, Airport. While I checked in, I could see little cupcakes. It seemed to be convenient if someone want to purchase a snack quickly upon check-in or check-out. Our room was clean. There was also a comfortable bed. I rested well. My most favorite part about this hotel was breakfast. The breakfast fast menu was a similar with other hotels. However, this hotel didn't use plastic spoons, forks, and knives. It appeared to be environmentally friendly. If I visit Salt Lake next time, I will stay at this Hyatt again.
