This hotel is super accommodating to families. Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Even when very busy, the staff is super friendly.  Actually I left my purse in the room. Housekeeping found it and I received an email from Colin, a very helpful staff member, who returned it to me. Thanks Hyatt!

Lovely Hotel!  Clean, comfy rooms! Delicious breakfast! Kind staff!  Enjoyable stay!  Might want to think about adding an erg to the fitness room, since the hotel is in the heart of rowing!

We were there through hurricane Irma.  Luckily we were able to reserve a room in time before they got booked. The hotel was crowded,people sleeping in lobby waiting out the storm. I counted around 15 dogs at least.  This hotel hasnt even been opened a year yet.the  staff is new and is not even at peak of season but among all the chaos and new situations the staff was encountering i give my gratitude and much respect to the entire  Hyatt team for keeping their composure and accommodating every single person including the people who weren't able to book a room and that includes there pets as well. Every person was on edge but because of the leadership that management showed that day , they were able to provide 100% hospitality to all guest!!!!!!

We recently visited this hotel.  It was absolutely great...we didn't want to leave.  Clean rooms, clean bathroom (which is big for me), good breakfast, great location and most of all, pleasant staff.  We were always greeted with a smile!  Should we come back to the Tampa area, this hotel will be our first choice.

It was cheaper than other places that were rated lower. The facilities are very nice, upscale looking and clean. Every room has a sofa bed, even if you don't request it they all have it. Which works in your advantage to have an extra bed your no really paying for. Room was very well organized in the layout. Bathrooms were also very nice. The only reason why I hlgave a 4 star rating was because of the breakfast. They didn't have much variety and could have tasted better. But everything else was great.
