The train tracks that are right across the street are a huge problem if you are a anything but a super hard sleeper. Trains go through at all hours of the day and night, some with horns blaring, and you may be woken up several times a night if you are unfortunate enough to be on the side of the hotel closest to the tracks. They provided ear plugs in the room, which is a nice touch, but didn't completely block the sound and came out of my ears while I slept. Aside from the noise, it is a very nicely run hotel and perfectly adequate. Everyone at the front desk is always pleasant and professional. Breakfast is nice.

Best hotel stay ever! Our family of six had been evacuated from our home because of the Napa fires...the service, room, breakfast, etc were all amazing. Thank you Rocia for taking care of us!!

The front desk clerk, Sam was friendly and courteous. The room design is nice and spacious. The location is perfect if you have a student on campus.

The hotel has a very convenient location (close to campus and downtown Davis). Continental breakfast provides a good, healthy selection of food. Rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained. Internet works well and computer and printer access is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit UK Davis.

Nice big rooms. Breakfast is both hot and cold items, so just right. Easy to get to early UC Davis activities. Ac works great!
