My co-workers and I stayed at the Hyatt for a conference this past weekend. We enjoyed our stay very much! Each employee we had contact with was very courteous. The rooms were very clean and spacious, not to mention the view, our whole window looked out into the lobby and Riverwalk! The rooftop hotel and pool looked out onto the city, and the view was amazing! The conference rooms were clean and easy to navigate as well. If I ever get a chance to stay here again, I will! Thank you Hyatt Regency for a memorable stay!

Room was nice and clean. Bellman was very nice. Most of the other staff members were polite enough.. However, there was an air from them that made me feel as though they thought of themselves higher than the rest of us. It was great having things close to walk to; however, things are pretty expensive. I'm use to very decent hotels that have the family in mind. This is definitely a hotel more for business stays or couples without kids. I have enjoyed our vacation with my family..but, I don't think I'll want to stay here with the whole family again. I think it would be a different experience for a husband and wife. Just my opinion.

Beautiful hotel! Love the convenient location on the riverwalk. Very close proximity to the Alamo and other popular tourist destinations. The room was clean and spacious but the beds were a little small for 2 people. Overall, it was a relaxing and upscale experience.

Accommodations were as one would expect for a Hyatt. The concierge was less than helpful when asked about area breakfast options with seating on the Riverwalk. He told us there was only lunch or dinner. Of course, we Googled it and found great patio breakfast dining at The River's Edge in the Hilton, which was very close. So maybe the concierge position has become antiquated. Of course, both of the other places were restaurants at other hotels.

This hotel has great ambience. The lobby seating areas, restaurant and bar were alive with happy people my entire stay. My hotel desk clerk at check in was superb.
