We are a jiu jitsu, muay thai, and mixed martial arts training facility/school for adults and children.

Story

Hybrid Martial Arts LLC is located at 534 Walnut St. Monticello right behind Hi-Way Liquor and across from the front entrance of the Monticello Community Center. We offer Jiu Jitsu and other classes/events for both adults and children. Please inbox us or e-mail us if you want more information or would like to suggest/request class times and a location that would work best for you. We hope you will join or our follow us on the exciting journey to help others learn a discipline that has changed our lives! Studying martial arts is more than just participating in a sport, it is truly an art and a discipline. The Jiu Jitsu and martial arts community is really a large beautiful family culture that is growing every day in Minnesota, the mid-west and around the world. Welcome to our family:)

Great place to grow and be challenged with a supportive tribe. This is my first time training in martial arts, and have appreciated Professor Roland’s vast experience in many disciplines as well as the sense of fun in every lesson. Perfect place for both beginners and experienced trainers.

I have trained at Hybrid since Roland and Dawn opened their doors. I couldn't ask for a more welcoming environment to train. Regardless of experience, whether you are a hobbyist or a competitor, Hybrid Martial Arts is an excellent school and accomodates all skill levels.

Hybrid Martial Arts really does a great job of making you feel like family, which I think is fundamental to a good gym. Coach Roland is an excellent teacher, whether you are just stepping into the world if MMA, or even if you have previous experience.

I have been training at Hybrid since November. It can be intimidating joining a new gym, but that feeling is quickly shaken with the awesome atmosphere it provides. Professor Roland is well versed and has been great to train under. I can't praise Hybrid enough, however I'm biased being a student. The only way to get an unbiased view of the school is to come in for yourself.
