Honest service and excellent prices! The interior of the shop, especially the waiting area, may not be fancy like the waiting areas at other shops, but what you will get here is a family-owned business that is honest, thorough, and very reasonably priced. We recently had an alignment done here, and the everything was perfect. Many of the customers there were also repeat customers.

Zoran and James are awesome mechanics! I dealt with mechanics who charged an arm and a leg for poor quality service for years until a friend recommended I try Hyde Park Motors. They are honest, inexpensive, and provide excellent quality of work! They are very transparent with their prices and don't overcharge on labour hours. They are also very efficient-- even in the busiest tire season, they still find time to fit me in last minute for repairs. I would recommend any friend to Hyde Park Motors! Thank you guys for always helping me out and being fair and honest :)

I recently had a safety inspection done by a respected mechanic in London. He returned with a list of 2 repairs that my car required should I wish to pass the test. Both repairs had supposedly been done at Hyde Park Motors in the last 1.5 years. When I provided the mechanic with receipt confirmation that the repairs had in fact been done, he negatively commented on the quality of the work. He proceeded to point out a number of careless errors made. He also commented on one of the parts I was given for a repair unrelated to the 2 he mentioned. Evidently the quality of this part is very poor/cheap. It will hold up for the new buyer, I was told- but it is only a matter of time before it goes. For the amount I paid I should have been given something that would last (the new buyer) 5+ years. 

Hyde Park Motors always seems to be filled with customers, which is comforting. However, to have a qualified, outsider perspective on the work that was done to my vehicle is truly disheartening.

Had an alternator installed and it went in the first month. Had to get a new one elsewhere. Evidently the alternator I was given was cheap & not built to last.

To respond to the comment below: 

It was not a lifetime warranty, it was a 2 year warranty. The alternator was cheap and my car is not. Would rather have the proper alternator installed than the same one (the alternator I was given was not well-suited for my SUV, i've been told).
