I took my car in friday to have a new thermostat installed. I picked my car up this morning and now the ac is blowing extremely hot air. They claimed they didn't cause the issue but would be happy to repair it. No thanks, I'm not paying you to fix what you broke. I'll never do business with this shop again.

Tom and Eliot are trustworthy, friendly and reasonably-priced. They have taken good care of our car for many years. We have them do everything, including oil changes. My husband and I recommend them highly.

They looked at a tire for me, gave great service and when they did not find a hole they did not charge me. Very Impressed!

Wish I could rate Hyde Park Auto 10 stars! Tom and Elliot were nothing but kind to me. They were the only auto shop I called that treated me like a person and provided excellent customer service. They like to keep their people happy and it shows!
