They drove  clear to Sevier County to put a new furnace in for us.

Secretary was very polite when the cmpanytShe advised me for an interview on Wed. @ 10:30am.  I really hope i get the job. This is the kind of work i've been wanting to get back into , and I'm really excited for my interview. I really enjoy working with H.V.A.C systems. That's what i am expierenced in. I really apprieciate the oppertunity for the interview with Hyland Heating Co. I am going to give my 110% for the company..When i'm hired.. Thank-You.

Ken went above the call of duty in this hot summer weather.  I only leave a 4 out of 5 because of the back and forth of phone calls I had to make- but I do understand it was a Monday, they were short staffed, and it's summer time- so it's busy!

Our AC was not working.  Hyland was the original installers on our new home.  After calling in a few times to the office and the tech,  I got a call from the manager asking if they could come in 1st thing the next day to fix it, as their tech was headed to his daughter's b-day party.  I understood and was willing to bear another hot day/night in the house.  I got a text  5 min later from the tech, Ken, asking if he could head over.  I then got a call from the manager right after stating Ken would be coming over  (~3:15 PM) to get us taken care of.  Ken showed up- sacrificing his family time to make sure we had a cool house.  

Beyond grateful.  Thank you!

AWESOME COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!  They installed a new swap-cooler on Thursday and the motor went out on Saturday morning(it was a brand new motor) I called them and they were out within the hour (even though they were not open) and put in another new motor.  Very friendly and easy to work with.  They come highly recommend.
