I was stayingsin room 105 and it was full of bedbugs. I have 50 bites all over my body!! Tried to tell them at check out but they said that it was something that I had brought to the room, which is impossible when it was so many. A nice hotel but this made it horrible. So be careful!

I stayed here for four nights, and it was fantastic! The room was excellent. I even spent more time in the motel room than I usually do just because I enjoyed being in there. There was a very strong Internet connection that allowed me to browse, stream Netflix, make video calls, and even play some video games without any issues. The staff here was also extremely helpful. Both the cleaning service and the front desk worked hard to make sure my stay was enjoyable. i highly recommend Hyland Inn!

What I expected for the price. Room was advertised with a queen bed but it was definitely a full.

Pretty good place, decent price and it's right in the nice part of Brea and close walk to a lot of nice parks. No complaints other than there's a sign in the main office that says no visitors which i just thought was kind of a weird thing to say... Like what if I'm in town visiting my elderly Aunt who lives in a nursing home and i want to hang out with her outside of the nursing home? Other than that great place, i slept really well there.

Rooms are reasonable and the price was reasonable however it was noisy during the day  because my room was next to the storage room. Overall, this motel is really good if you are spending all day out and about.  
+Pros: fridge/microwave, lots of hot water, Comfortable beds, a/c that works well, decent cable tv package, and fast WiFi.  
-Possible cons: no pool, no breakfast, and if you're in the room between 10am and 5pm you might hear allot of noise from the staff doing their job.
